I was born and raised in London and my passion for tap has been taking me all over the world. Having danced from a young age, I represented England at the World Tap Championships and have appeared in numerous productions. I have been told I have a growing reputation within the UK tap scene but my dream is to tap wherever I can. I am a member of many UK based tap companies, including Old Kent Road founded by Avalon Rathgeb were I choreograph and co-choreograph pieces for our international and London shows. As a qualified teacher, I coach at several dance colleges and schools. I run my own workshops to share my passion for the tradition and history of tap dance. These workshops have taken place all over the UK, Krakow, Dusseldorf, Berlin and Stockholm Tap Festival. I regularly perform at the London Tap Jam and other Jazz Venues which affords me the opportunity to improvise with brilliant musicians and other dancers. The drive to enhance my knowledge and experience of tap dance has lead me to train with some of the best teachers. I’ve attended workshops, intensives and festivals including Barcelona, Stockholm, Belgium, Berlin and Amsterdam, learning from some of the worlds greatest in modern tap dance. I was lucky enough to attend Andrew Nemr’s first ever intensive in 2014. I was also honored to be part of his tap company, Cat’s Paying Dues where I performed in the companies 10th Anniversary show in May 2015. I’ve choreographed for the England Tap Team, creating duos and solo pieces to be performed in the World Tap Championships in Germany.
