Rafa Eizaguirre began his training as tap dancer with Laura Langara at the Spiral Studio School in 2001. Later he moved to Barcelona where he expanded his knowledge with some of the best tap dancers in that city as Guillem Alonso, Roser Font or Roxane Butterfly, among others. His time there also allowed him to to collaborate with companies like Clac & Roll or Camut Band at the shows All that Swing and Solos. He has also participated in numerous events, cultural events and various musical productions and has taken part in international tap festivals where she has taken classes with some of the most important tap dancers like Brenda Buffalino, Lane Alexander, Sara Reich or Steve Zee. He won the advanced scholarship in the Tap on Barcelona Festival 2009. He also has a show of his own creation called SINCOPADOS which was premiered with great success at the Campos Bilbao Theater in December 2014. He teaches regularly at some schools and centers in Bilbao and collaborates regularly with some jazz groups.
